Within the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons, the Bioscience Park Center houses our business incubator that includes 14 pre-built labs, 21 executive offices suites, and many shared services and amenities.

If your life science pursuit is accepted as a client, the Fitzsimons Bioscience Incubator program will provide business development advisory services. 

• Fully furnished executive suites in Bioscience Center, including administrative support. Month to month occupancy available.
• Completely built-out laboratory space with fume hoods and shared scientific equipment: $21/SF, full service (includes utilities and common area expenses)
• Maximum of $80/SF for tenant finish/build out
• TI allowances for qualifying biotech tenants
• Ample parking/loading dock
• $8.50/SF/yr NNN (base rate)
